Working where I work, its hard for me not to get caught up in all the shit that DOESN'T matter about music. The shiney new whatevers, and the politics of failed/failing musicians. There is a lot of cool-ness that comes from it too. But it's so hard to hold on to the handle of art as its carried away by the wind.
My goal is to remember, and to only TAKE from my experience while GIVING as little as possible (while still doing my job I guess). Hear that you fucks?! I don't give a shit!
